He brings experience in business growth, entrepreneurship and innovation to help GoodWork execute its vision and strategy. Abu has worked in public safety for over 20 years and has Fellowships with the Institute of Engineering and the Chartered Management Institute.

Having experienced the challenges of social mobility firsthand, he is dedicated to empowering underrepresented young adults to access meaningful career opportunities.
