GoodWork is a youth employment and social mobility charity, creating fairer opportunities for young people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.

We deliver employability programmes, supporting 18-25 year olds facing multiple barriers to employment build their skills and confidence and transition into work. We also work with employers and policymakers to create a fairer world of work for young people.

Our flagship GoodWork Programme offers you six months of training, support and opportunities to help you kickstart a career aligned with your goals and potential. 

Our programmes include in depth employability skills workshops, ongoing mentorship, and a community of like minded peers to help you navigate your first career steps with confidence.

GoodWork is here to help you uplevel the way your organisation recruits and nurtures the next generation of underrepresented young people.
