Siham graduated from Cohort 4 of the GoodWork Programme. She secured an internship at Wild, one of our corporate partners, and has since been promoted to a Supply Chain Executive role. Siham is one of five young people from the GoodWork community who’ve been hired by Wild.

In September, I joined GoodWork on an initial three month contract, expecting lots of learning. A few months later, that experience turned into something much bigger. From a simple Google search, what I found was a charity with a mission to create fairer employment opportunities for young people from underserved communities. But I had walked into so much more…

We’re thrilled to share GoodWork's 2025 Impact Report: Building Community.

‘Building Community’ refers to how our growing impact has been driven by the power of community - through our young people, alumni, volunteers, partners and all those who champion our work.

In October 2025, we hosted our Youth x Employer Engagement Forum with the Social Mobility Leaders' Forum, and our report is now live.

The report uncovers flaws in recruitment processes, the unintended consequences of AI, and how financial barriers are still locking talented young people out of opportunities.

What a year it’s been! Here are some highlights from an amazing 2025 at GoodWork. We’re so excited to make an even BIGGER impact in 2026 - expanding our mentoring and employability programmes for young people and working with employers to champion social mobility.

We partnered with the Social Mobility Leaders’ Forum (SMLF) to do something different - bring together young people and employers as equal partners to imagine a fairer world of work.

It’s been an exciting month, as we moved into our first ever private office. Thanks to the fantastic 3Space, we now have our very own space, not just for our team, but to serve as a Community Hub to host our young people and partners.

It has been a pleasure to partner with Cowen + Partners throughout the last year, to help them recruit inclusively for their Entry Level Team Assistant role. Judith Topley, Practice Manager, shared her thoughts and experience of working with GoodWork.

We were delighted to be invited to BBC Television Centre on Monday to to celebrate our partnership with Comic Relief and kick off Jamie Laing’s Five Ultra Marathons.

‘Connecting Potential’ refers to the purpose that drives our work: bridging the gap between ambitious young people, and the skills, opportunities and support systems they need to achieve their professional goals.

The last two weeks have seen the launch of a brand new GoodWork Programme and a warm welcome to Cohort 4! We’ve had a wonderful time getting to know 25 new young people and hearing all about their dreams and aspirations.

We’re thrilled to announce that GoodWork is now funded by @Comic Relief!

The Comic Relief Community Fund invests in grassroots community-led organisations to bring about lasting change and legacy, administered by national community charity, Groundwork.

Introducing four new Non-Executive Directors at GoodWork!

GoodWork are recruiting young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds for this year’s GovTech camp, supporting our shared mission of making great entry level roles accessible to underrepresented groups.

We recently launched an all new online-only programme, growing our support to reach more young people across England.
