Felicity is the Founder and CEO of GoodWork. She’s responsible for income generation and partnerships, leads our day-to-day operations, strategy and growth.

Felicity started her career in the third sector, before going into consulting where she worked with public sector organisations in the UK and overseas to design and deliver strategic change programmes. She was also responsible for managing work experience for young people from less privileged backgrounds - an experience that inspired the creation of GoodWork.

Felicity leads GoodWork's work with employers to design more inclusive hiring processes, hire for potential and reach diverse talent from marginalised communities. She also sits on the Board of the Social Mobility Leaders’ Forum, a cross-industry initiative to drive systemic change for social mobility.
