Jasmin is the Operations Officer at GoodWork. She leads our day-to-day operations and works on systems improvement.

She began her career as a Graduate English & Maths Tutor at Get Further - a charity supporting young people and adults with qualifications and skills needed to thrive in education, work, and life. She most recently worked for Westminster City Council as Community Equality Officer and co-authored their Community Equality Strategy.

She has been a programme participant for several social mobility organisations, including Social Mobility Foundation, Sutton Trust and IntoUniversity. Jasmin is passionate about translating her lived experience into meaningful change, giving value back to communities, and advancing inclusivity in the workplace.
