Micky is a Programme Officer at GoodWork. She supports with the design and delivery of our programmes.

She began her career as a Science Teacher through the TeachFirst pathway - a charity working towards equality in education, enabling children facing the biggest barriers to discover their potential. After five years of teaching, she was inspired to move into supporting young people in the next phase of their journey as they began their careers.

She is keen to draw upon her own experience of social mobility, as well the experiences of those she has worked closely with, to support GoodWork's mission.
