Sajni is the Partnerships & Development Manager at GoodWork. She leads on building corporate partnerships and delivering our wider income generation strategy, working closely with the team to grow support that creates employment opportunities for young people.

She began her career at J.P. Morgan as part of their Hedge Fund Consulting team, advising fund managers to launch and scale their operations. She most recently completed an MBA, driven by a desire to pivot into the social impact sector.

Alongside her professional work, Sajni has volunteered for a number of causes, including mentoring students with the Social Mobility Foundation and teaching young students with Debate Mate.
