Susan is a Programme Officer at GoodWork, where she supports programme design and delivery. She has previously worked as a Social Sciences educator with Teach for India - a charity tackling education inequality in India which inspired her to further pursue her career in the social mobility and nonprofit space.

She is passionate about working alongside people from lower socioeconomic backgrounds to create more inclusive systems and has pursued higher education in the international development space.
