Zach is the Operations Manager at GoodWork. He’s responsible for the organisation’s internal operations, including finance, governance, people and systems to make sure GoodWork runs smoothly as it grows.

Zach started his career in consulting, helping organisations improve their processes through automation at Sykes Digital Services. He then moved into the charity sector at Grace London, where he spent four years as Operations & Finance Manager. Afterwards, he was responsible for the technical operations at the Chief of Staff Association.

Zach joined GoodWork because he wants to be part of meaningful change for young people who haven’t have the opportunities they deserve.
Outside of work, Zach is a keen cyclist and can usually be found out on two wheels.
