GoodWork named a 2026 Big Issue Changemaker

We’re thrilled to share that GoodWork has been chosen as one of the Big Issue’s Changemakers for 2026, recognising the work we’ve done to help underserved young people start their careers.

Since opening our doors in 2022, we've worked with over 100 young people through our intensive six-month programmes, with 75% moving into long-term employment with our support.

2025 was an incredible year for GoodWork. We supported more young people than ever before, expanded our youth engagement work - including our Youth x Employer Engagement Forum with the Social Mobility Leaders' Forum - and achieved registered charity status.
