Our impact in 2025

We’re thrilled to share GoodWork's 2025 Impact Report: Building Community.

‘Building Community’ speaks to how our growing impact has been driven by the power of community - through our young people, alumni, volunteers, partners and all those who champion our work.

2025 was a milestone year for GoodWork. We supported over 80 young people across four programmes - our highest number yet - achieved registered charity status and worked with more volunteers and employer partners to expand our reach.
