New appointments to the GoodWork Board
Deirdra Moynihan, Chair of Trustees
We're delighted to be welcoming two new appointments to the GoodWork Board: Deirdra Moynihan as Chair, and Xun Ning Choong as Trustee.
Deirdra and Xun will be joining our existing board members, bringing their unique experience and expertise to help drive GoodWork's growth and further our mission to create a fairer world of work.
Deirdra is CEO of Venn Group, with extensive experience in leadership and governance. She has successfully led on strategy, change and growth across both commercial and charitable settings, and is strongly committed to social mobility and widening access to opportunity. As Chair of GoodWork, she is keen to build on the great work already done and to drive the charity's continued growth and impact.
Xun Ning Choong, Trustee
Xun brings to the GoodWork Board her past experience as a lawyer and her current experience running the back office and impact strategy for an early stage venture capital fund. She has worked in inclusion and access to opportunity for the past five years, and is passionate about empowering young people to embrace the opportunities available to them - and bringing employers on the journey of building inclusive workplaces.
As a registered charity, our Trustees play an important role in supporting our CEO, Felicity, in overseeing our strategy and shaping the direction of GoodWork.
