Our Founder and CEO Felicity Halstead recently featured in the Guardian, discussing the challenges young people face in today’s job market and whether higher education really delivers on social mobility.

The young people we work with are often shut out of roles, not for lack of talent or ambition, but because they don’t have degrees or other ‘traditional markers’ of success that some employers still filter for.

We’re committed to ensuring non-graduates from lower socioeconomic backgrounds aren’t left behind, and to partnering with organisations that are serious about creating fairer employment opportunities for young people.
